Leasburg Man Sentenced For Child Molestation

A Leasburg man was sentenced Feb. 5 to 15 years in prison for child molestation.
James H. Philpot, 74, pleaded guilty to one count of molesting a child less than 12-years-old.
Philpot appeared before Judge Megan Seay.
Philpot committed the molestation while working as a bus driver for the Crawford County R-1 School District last April.
The probable cause statement said he molested the victim on April 27-28.
