Judge Assigned In Judicial Tampering Case

Judge Wendy Wexler Horn, of Missouri’s 24th Judicial Circuit, has been assigned to preside over the case of a Cuba man accused of judicial tampering.

Wexler Horn, who presides over Madison, Ste. Genevieve, St. Francois and Washington counties, was assigned to the case Feb. 21.

Faron P. Fulliam II, 31, is charged with tampering with a judicial officer and first-degree harassment.

Fulliam is accused of creating a TikTok video that threatened a judge within the 42nd Judicial Circuit in Crawford County.

He also is accused of sending a message to a judicial staffer through Facebook Messenger that claimed “every(one) in the courtroom (needs) to die.”

Fulliam, who is in custody at the Crawford County Jail without bond, allegedly sent videos to a staffer Jan. 26.

He accused the judge — identified as M.S. and “court people” of selling kids and being pedophiles.

Fulliam said he couldn’t spend “every day without something being done.”

“Some people deserve what they’re going to get,” Fulliam is accused of saying. “They’re all going to die either way.”

Fulliam also sent a message to the staffer, identified as “K.P.” that “every single one of those sick (expletive), lying (expletive), pathetic (expletive), inferior (expletive) in that courtroom need to die.”

Fulliam previously made threats to MS and KP through Facebook expressing his desire for people in Crawford County to die.

During the interview, Fulliam told a detective that he “would be lying if I didn’t think they deserve to die.”

He told the detective he wouldn’t act on it.

Fulliam also said he made the video “so this would happen” and “to get the truth out.”

Fulliam said that MS accused him of being a murderer during his case and that made him upset.

Online court records showed that Judge Colin Long of the 25th Judicial Circuit in Pulaski County was assigned to the case.

Fulliam appeared in court Feb. 7 and Long ruled that “no amount of bond or monetary conditions will ensure safety of victim or victims in this matter.”

Fulliam’s case was bound over Feb. 17 and transferred to Wexler Horn.
