Franklin County Woman Accused Of Statutory Rape, Sending Racy Pics To Juvenile

Charges were filed Wednesday against a Franklin County woman accused of having sexual intercourse with a juvenile and sending the victim pornographic pictures of herself.
Deidre M. Winistoerfer, of Pacific, has been charged with second-degree statutory rape and three counts of furnishing pornographic material to a minor.
Winistoerfer is accused of having intercourse with the victim in July 2023.
Around the same time, she sent explicit photos of herself to the victim.
The case was investigated by the Pacific Police Department.
