Franklin County Man Charged In Double Shooting In Gerald

Charges were filed Tuesday in a double shooting that occurred Feb. 9 in Gerald.
Randall Kagy, 65, was charged with first-degree domestic assault and armed criminal action after he allegedly shot his wife and then himself in the 700 block of Flottmann Road.
The Franklin County Sheriff's Office said Kagy remains under a doctor's care. He has not been booked at the jail, but is in custody with deputies.
Kagy's wife was shot twice and survived.
