Franklin County Man Is Added To FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives List

Up to $250,000 Reward

Special Agent in Charge Jay Greenberg, along with U.S. Attorney Sayler Fleming, and Franklin County Sheriff Steven Pelton announced the addition of Donald Eugene Fields II to the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list. Fields is facing child sex trafficking and child rape charges in state and federal court.

Fields II, who is 59 years old, was indicted in U.S. District Court in St. Louis December 7 on one count of child sex trafficking. His co-defendant, Theodore “Ted” John Sartori Sr., 62, was indicted on the same charge. Sartori has been arrested and pleaded not guilty December 2022.

The indictment accuses both men of knowingly attempting to recruit, entice, provide, patronize and solicit a minor into engaging in a commercial sex act from about January 2013 until June 2017. In a December 2022 court hearing, Assistant U.S. Attorney Dianna Collins said Sartori provided cash, cars, motorcycles, vacations and Christmas presents to Fields in exchange for access to the victim.

Fields II is also facing charges including statutory rape, statutory sodomy, child molestation and witness tampering in Franklin County Circuit Court. A warrant for his arrest was issued by that court after Fields vacated his home and failed to show up for a March 3, 2022 hearing, court records show.

Fields II is the 5th fugitive investigated by FBI St. Louis Field Office to be named as FBI’s Top Ten fugitive. Almost 60 years ago, Thomas Edward Galloway was placed on the list in June 1964. The FBI arrested Galloway in July 1964 at a golf course in Danville, Virginia after a citizen recognized him from a newspaper article.

The FBI’s "Ten Most Wanted Fugitives" list was established in March of 1950. Fields II is now the 531st fugitive added to the List. Of the total, 494 fugitives have been apprehended or located; 163 of them as a result of citizen cooperation.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $250,000 for information leading to Fields’ arrest. A conviction is not required for this reward. If you have information about Fields, please contact the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI (225-5325), your local FBI office, or online at tips.fbi.gov.

Additionally, the Phelps County Prosecuting Attorney is seeking information to locate 30-year-old Jennifer Isgriggs. She is wanted in Phelps County on a felony warrant for failure to pay child support. Her last known address is in Phelps County, but she may be hiding out with Donald Eugene Fields II, who is also a fugitive. Fields II is an FBI fugitive, who is federally indicted with sex trafficking of at least one child in Missouri between approximately 2013 and 2017. He also faces child rape charges by the State of Missouri.

Isgriggs, who also goes by the name Jennifer Fields, is believed to be in a romantic relationship with Fields II. The warrant for Isgriggs was issued in October 2021. If you know the whereabouts of Isgriggs please contact the Phelps County Prosecuting Attorney at (573) 458-6170 or the FBI at 1-800-CALL-FBI.
