FBI And EPA Search Still Not Released

On Thursday morning, shortly after 9:30 a.m. members of the FBI,  EPA and Crawford County Sheriff’s Department  executed a search warrant at Whiskey Dix Truck Repair, 380 Landon Rd.

It was estimated that some 40 federal authorities were part of the search warrant execution but as to why the agents were there remains a mystery.

The Sullivan Independent News spoke with FBI St. Louis Public Affairs Officer Rebecca Naber as agents executed the search warrant.

Naber stated that she could not comment on the incident but could only confirm that FBI agents and EPA officials were at the business.

Sources indicated that agents remained on the property for several hours but details as to what the incident was in regards too is still being withheld at this time.

Many allegations have surfaced regarding the operation on the Sullivan Independent News Facebook page but have not been verified and all accusations do not constitute proof of guilt.
