Deputies, MSHP Arrest 29 During Warrant Roundup

Deputies from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office and troopers from the Missouri State Highway Patrol executed a warrant roundup Dec. 5-7, resulting in the arrest of 29 people.

Sheriff Steven Pelton said it cleared 89 warrants.

The arrests ranged from traffic offenses to misdemeanors to felonies like assault, animal abuse, possession of a controlled substance, theft, property damage and more.

Four people arrested are from Sullivan.

 - Amanda D. Parker, a 43-year-old female from St. Clair, no vehicle license, $76.00 bond, deputies will also be applying for new charges for possession of a controlled substance.

 - David L. Stout, a 43-year-old male from Union, stalking 1st degree with no bond.

 - Anthony D. Cromwell, a 37-year-old male from St. Clair, FTA on 2 counts of Statutory Sodomy and 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, no bond, fail to register, $76.00 cash-only bond, expired operator’s license, $125.50 cash-only bond, no insurance, $125.50 cash-only bond, no insurance, $125.50 cash-only bond, fail to register motor vehicle, $56.00 cash-only bond.

 - Steve W. Lackey, a 55-year-old male from St. Clair, a person of interest reference stealing for St. Clair, MO Police Department and a new charge of possession of a controlled substance.

 - Eric M. Williams, a 43-year-old male from St. Clair, traffic warrant, $500.00 cash only warrant, driving while revoked, $500.00 cash-only bond.

 - Fu Jin Pan, a 43-year-old male from Ballwin, domestic assault 1st degree, $50,000 bond. 

 - Steven J. Muehlenbeck, a 27-year-old male from Sullivan, no insurance, $250.00 bond.

 - Lisa M. Wells, a 42-year-old female from Berger, Fraudulently attempting to Obtain Controlled Substance, no bond.

 - Jamie L. Poole, 30-year-old female from St. Clair, domestic assault third degree, $2,500.00 bond.

 - Ira C. Shadday, a 49-year-old male from St. Clair, driving while suspended, $300.00 cash-only bond, non -support, $76,000.00.

 - Toby J. Lansford II, a 28-year-old male from Union, assault 4th degree, $500.00 cash-only bond, careless and imprudent driving and no driver’s license, $150.00 bond, domestic assault 4th degree and resisting arrest, $1000.00 cash-only bond, 2 counts of domestic assault 4th degree and animal abuse, $1000.00 cash-only bond, fail to stop at a stop sign, O.R. bond, no seatbelt, O.R. bond, violation of a court order, $500.00 cash-only bond.

 - Christopher J. Buckner, a 47-year-old male from Union, FTA on possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a weapon, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, no bond, following too close, $300.00 bond, driving while revoked, $400.00 cash-only bond.

 - Nathan C. Amburgy, a 43-year-old male from Union, miscellaneous ordinance violation, $700.00 cash-only bond.

 - Justin Z. Highley, a 21-year-old male from Washington, parole violation, no bond.

 - Matthew D. Noles, a 36-year-old male from Pacific, possession of a controlled substance, no bond, probation violation, no bond.

 - Daniel E. Brown, 41-year-old male from Union, DWI and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, $5000.00 bond, driving while suspended, $100.00 bond.

 - Robert H. Isom, a 55-year-old male from St. Clair, deputies will be applying for new charges of possession of a controlled substance

 - Jesse J. Ziegler, 34-year-old male from St. Clair, traffic warrant, $300.00 bond.

 - Kizaah D. Clouse, a 21-year-old male from Catawissa, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, $20,000 cash-only bond, endangering the welfare of a child, person of interest, property damage, $116.00 bond.

 - Anthony R. Chepely, a 63-year-old male from St. Clair, failing to register as a sex offender, no bond, parole violation, no bond, no insurance, $76.00 cash-only bond, fail to signal, $76.00 cash-only bond, possession of stolen property, $100.00 cash-only bond.
