Cuba Man Receives 60-Day Sentence For Fatal DWI Crash

A Cuba man was sentenced Jan. 24 to a 60-day shock sentence for a fatal DWI crash in 2018.
Brock A. Turner, 48, pleaded guilty to the charge and has begun serving his sentence.
Turner was behind the wheel in April 2018 when he struck the vehicle of Cassidy Sharp, 20, on Highway 5, two miles south of Lebanon.
Sharp was pronounced dead at the scene.
Turner also received five years probation and a 15-year suspended sentence.
