Coroner's Inquest Set For Justin King Shooting On Tuesday

A coroner's inquest will be held Tuesday regarding the Nov. 3 shooting death of Justin King, 28, Bourbon.

King was fatally wounded by a neighbor at the Lakewood Mobile Home Park. 

Six county residents will review evidence and help the coroner determine the manner of death.

Charges have never been filed against the shooter, whose name is being withheld.

The inquest could guide the Crawford County prosecuting attorney's office's decision in filing charges.

Due to expected protestors, the Crawford County commission has decided to cancel Tuesday's meeting.
