Absconder Found With Stolen Gun In St. Clair

A man wanted on several arrest warrants and questioning in Franklin County was arrested Sept. 11 in St. Clair with a stolen gun.

Lukas D. Creech was taken into custody without incident by sheriff’s deputies. 

Sheriff Steven Pelton said detectives received information on Creech’s whereabouts and performed surveillance on the area.

Creech was seen walking down a flight of steps at an apartment complex in St. Clair.

A firearm reported stolen from Warren County was seized during the arrest.

Creech has an extensive criminal history and is a convicted felon throughout Missouri, according to Pelton.
