Warrant Issued For Newburg Man Accused Of Holding Knife To Woman’s Throat

A warrant was issued April 8 for a Newburg man accused of holding a knife to a woman’s threat.
The man has been charged with third-degree domestic assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
He already faces charges for first-degree burglary and stealing a firearm in Phelps County last December.
