Victim Finds Nude Trespasser Sitting In Backyard

The Crawford County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Salem man Aug. 11 who was hanging out nude in a victim’s backyard and refusing to leave.
The man has been charged with first-degree sexual misconduct, a misdemeanor crime.
According to the probable cause statement, a victim called 911 due to the man, who he had never met, being naked in his yard.
