Stolen Car Recovered In Leasburg; St. Clair Man Charged

A stolen car was recovered in Leasburg July 3 and a St. Clair man has been charged.
The suspect faces one count of first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle.
He is being held at the Crawford County Jail.
