Cuba Man Charged With Sodomy, Incest

A Cuba man is accused of supplying a relative with cocaine and engaging in sexual activity in a gas station car wash.
Anthony Bynum has been charged with second-degree sodomy and incest.
According to the probable cause statement, the incident occurred Oct. 12 in Phelps County.
St. James Police obtained surveillance video from the car wash, which showed the sexual act.
Bynum has been released on bond and pleaded not guilty to the charges.
He is due to appear in court again Jan. 21.
