Crawford County Teens Flown To Hospital

Two Crawford County teens were flown to the hospital March 4 with serious injuries after their vehicle struck a tree.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said the accident occurred on County Road 1190, two miles west of Highway F.

According to the highway patrol, a 16-year-old male from Cuba slid off the right side of the roadway and struck a tree.

He was not wearing a seat belt.

Both he and a 16-year-old female from Cuba were transported by Air Evac to Children’s Hospital in St. Louis.

It is unknown if the female was wearing a seat belt.
