Bourbon Man Airlifted In Phelps County Crash

A Bourbon man was airlifted to the hospital Dec. 13 after a crash in Phelps County.
Preston M. Baltzell, 23, was taken by Phelps Air to Phelps Health for serious injuries.
Baltzell was traveling in a 2015 Nissan 370Z on Highway O around 10:10 p.m. when he crossed the center line, went off the road and struck a tree.
Baltzell was not wearing a safety device.
