Bourbon Couple Charged With Abusing Infants

A Bourbon couple has been charged with abusing their infant twins after they were admitted to the hospital last year for injuries.
The parents face two counts of first-degree endangering the welfare of a child and abuse or neglect of a child.
The charges were filed Sept. 13.
An investigation began Nov. 17, 2022 after the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office received a report of “suspicious non-accidental injuries” to four-month-old twins.
The medical report said the injury to one of the twins was consistent with someone grabbing the baby by the leg or foot and shaking them.
