March 18, 2020

To our Customers and Friends:

Upon recommendations from our governing bodies and in an effort to do our part to combat the coronavirus, we are taking the necessary precaution of serving our customers via the drive-thru windows only until further notice.  Only the most necessary interactions and safe deposit box access will be accomplished via lobby traffic at all of our locations and they will be done by appointment only.  This will go into effect when we open for business as outlined below.

  • Springfield – Thursday, March 19
  • Pleasant Hope – Thursday, March 19
  • All Other Locations - Saturday, March 21, 2020

You have robust capabilities 24/7 for banking through your online and mobile banking and also via our telephone banking system.  All drive thru lanes will remain open and no business hours are changing.

You may also call in 800-645-3191 and speak with one of our employees or contact us for an appointment during our normal business hours.  Our goal has been, and will always be, to serve your banking needs as quickly, efficiently, and in as safe a manner as possible.

For 125 years now, Sullivan Bank has weathered all storms faced by the banking system.  We have a record of strong, independent banking and we will be available for our clients and friends as we get through these unprecedented times together.

Sincerely,

Michael P. Hoffman

President & CEO
