Franklin County reported 24 new COVID-19 cases on Thursday, the third straight day fewer than 30 were tallied.
Testing positivity rates still rose to 6.15% total. Over the last 14 days it is 10.69%.
Franklin County has had 1,855 cases.
The number in long-term care facilities has risen to 17.
Hospitalizations rose to 14.
The 10-day rolling total is 304 and the 14-day average of new cases is 31.
