Franklin County Reports 202 COVID-19 Cases Over Last 2 Days

With a record 170 new COVID-19 cases reported on Saturday and 32 more on Sunday, Franklin County has reported 202 this weekend.
The total has now risen to 4,005.
Franklin County's 10-day rolling total is 828 and the 14-day average of new cases is 72.
The number of cases in long-term care facilities remains at 88 and there are 24 people hospitalized.
The testing positivity rate is 16%.
