Franklin County reported eight new COVID-19 cases on Thursday.
Probable cases stand at 1,781.
The seven-day positivity rate dropped to 8.3%.
Hospitalizations dropped to six and there are 10 active cases in long-term care facilities.
The 10-day rolling total is 157.
The 14-day average of new cases is 17.29.
