County Reports 73 COVID-19 Cases

Franklin County reported 73 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday.
Hospitalizations have dropped to 21 and there are 56 active cases in long-term care facilities.
The testing positivity rate over the last seven days is 24.5%.
The 10-day rolling total is 664.
The 14-day average of new cases is 68.
