County Reports 59 COVID-19 cases

Franklin County reported 59 new COVID-19 cases on Friday.
The total has risen to 5,739.
After several days of decline, the seven-day average of testing positivity rate has inched back up, going from 21.5% to 22.7%.
There are 59 active cases in long-term cars facilities and 23 people hospitalized.
