The 10-day rolling total is 672 and the 14-day average of new cases is 63.
Eighty-eight residents in long-term care facilities are deemed active cases.
Twenty-four people are hospitalized.
No new deaths have been reported in the last week. The count remains at 57.
Franklin County said testing data is currently unavailable as the health department works to get information from the state.
