County Reports 3 COVID-19 Cases

Franklin County reported three new COVID-19 cases on Friday.
Hospitalizations went from six to seven.
The county has confirmed 9,344 cases and another 2,120 cases are probable.
The seven-day positivity rate increased to 4.6%.
There is still just one case in a long-term care facility.
