Franklin County reported 24 new COVID-19 cases on Friday.
The seven-day positivity rate rose to 9.7%.
Hospitalizations increased to eight.
Active cases in long-term care facilities dropped to just two.
The county has reported a total of 8,870 cases. There are 1,782 probable cases.
Over the last 14 days, the county has averaged 16 cases.
