County Reports 18 New Cases

Franklin County reported 18 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday morning and three were Sullivan residents.
Over the last three days, there have been 10 Sullivan residents that have tested positive, including an infant.
The county total has risen to 886 with 190 cases over the last 10 days.
The five-day average of new cases is 18.2.
Ten people are hospitalized and the positivity rate is 4.26 percent.
