Franklin County reported 10 new COVID-19 tests on Wednesday.
The seven-day positivity rate slipped to 8.4%.
There are 1,781 probable cases.
Ten people are hospitalized and there are 10 active cases in long-term care facilities.
The 10-day rolling total is 164 and the 14-day average is 17.
