2020 Crawford County Fair Canceled
The Crawford County Fair Board announced June 1 that it has pulled the plug on the 2020 event due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

COVID-19 cases in Missouri have jumped nearly 7 percent since May 31, but Crawford County remains at eight cases.
The last case was reported April 29.
Crawford County Health Department Administrator Honor Evans told commissioners May 26 there is an opportunity for a mass testing of COVID-19, but the cost would be close to $90,000.
The Crawford County R-1 School District is asking voters to approve a $2.3 million no tax increase bond issue on Tuesday, June 2, which will provide upgrades at all three campuses.
Crawford County is approaching one month between COVID-19 cases and the total remains at eight.
