Cuba Man Accused Of Abusing Amputee

The Crawford County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Cuba man April 4 after he allegedly abused an amputee victim.
The man has been charged with with third-degree assault, abuse of an elderly, disabled or vulnerable person and second-degree property damage.
The victim has one leg amputated and cannot get around without a wheelchair.
