Stolen Truck, Property Recovered By Deputies

Franklin County sheriff’s deputies said two people have been arrested in connection with burglaries occurring in Union and Gasconade County.

One of the suspects is already incarcerated in the Missouri Department of Corrections for crimes unrelated to the case.

Charges are being sought against both subjects.

According to Franklin County Sheriff Steve Pelton, a stolen Ford F-150 was recovered Feb. 29 in Crawford County.

Deputies on March 26 went to a home on Idel Road in Rosebud where they seized around $5,000 worth of stolen property from burglaries in Franklin County.

Detectives then went to a home in the 4000 block of Highway B in Bland where they recovered more stolen property.

The names are being withheld due to ongoing investigations.

Deputies from Crawford County, Maries County and Gasconade County all assisted in the investigation.
