Bourbon Man Charged With Drug Trafficking
A Bourbon man was charged Dec. 7 with drug trafficking after he was arrested with more than 20 milligrams of fentanyl.
Kyle D. Nolie, 38, faces one count of second-degree drug trafficking and one count of possession of a controlled substance.
Law enforcement seized three bags of suspected methamphetamine from Nolie.
Nolie was arrested Dec. 6 after crashing into a creek on Brand Road in Bourbon.
Nolie already faces delivery of a controlled substance charges filed against him earlier this year in Gasconade County.
The Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group on Feb. 2 seized fentanyl, methamphetamine and MDMA from Nolie at an Owensville apartment.
Nolie also has pending charges for delivery of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a firearm in 2021.
He is a convicted felon and was put on probation in 2018 for delivery of a controlled substance. Nolie served 120 days of shock time.
