Man Arrested During Late Night Raid By LANEG

The Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group (LANEG) served a search warrant late Wednesday night, arresting a Cuba man for drug possession.
Thomas Denham, 27, has been charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance.
Members of LANEG, the Cuba Police Department and Crawford County Sheriff’s Office executed the warrant in the 400 block of Phillips Street.
Officers forced entry into the home after no response.
Three people, including Denham, were in the home. On a coffee table, officers recovered methamphetamine and pills that Denham identified as Suboxone, which he used to assist his opioid usage.
Orange capsules that tested positive for fentanyl also were recovered.
