Franklin County reported 17 COVID-19 cases on Thursday, one of the largest single-day jumps.
Four children are among the 17 cases.
An 88-year-old Union woman is the 19th COVID-19 related death in Franklin County.
Five new cases of COVID-19 and five recoveries from the virus were reported Tuesday by Franklin County Presiding Commissioner Tim Brinker.
Seven new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Franklin County on Friday morning, but active cases rose by one as six people have recovered.
