Active COVID-19 Cases Rise To 119

Franklin County said recoveries outnumbered new cases of COVID-19 on Thursday.
There were nine new cases and 12 recoveries, dropping the number of active cases to 110.
Franklin County said 16 residents have recovered from COVID-19 and 11 more cases have been added.
Active cases dropped from 118 to 113 on Wednesday.
Franklin County reported Tuesday morning that active cases of COVID-19 have surpassed 300 and 118 are active.
Franklin County has seen a surge of new COVID-19 cases this week and on Saturday, 21 more were reported by the health department.
