They are identified as a 57-year-old Washington woman; a 97-year-old Robertsville man and a 72-year-old Union woman.
Franklin County reported 62 new COVID-19 cases on Wednesday as the seven-day positivity rate on tests continues to fall.
The county's seven-day average is down to 16.9%.
