Second Death Related To COVID-19 In Franklin County

The Franklin County Health Department reported on Sunday morning there is a second death related to COVID-19.
The first death was reported on Friday.
An 86-year-old man from Villa Ridge and 85-year-old man from Washington are the first two deaths.
There are now 32 confirmed cases in Franklin County.
