Franklin County Reports 36 Recoveries, 17 New Cases
Franklin County reported Thursday that 36 more people have recovered from COVID-19, which brings the number of active cases down to 89.
There were 21 cases in skilled nursing facilities, but Franklin County said 13 of those have made recoveries. There are now eight.
The other 89 cases involve residents outside those facilities.
Hospitalizations have dropped to zero.
Seventeen more cases have been identified, raising the total number to 407 since March 23.
Recoveries stand at 292 and there have been 18 deaths.
The percentage of positive tests is 3.34 percent and the five-day new case average is 13.
