Franklin County reported 21 new COVID-19 cases on Thursday and the total rose to 1,214.

The rolling 10-day total is 205 and the five-day average of new cases is 17.8.

Over the last 14 days, the positivity rate is 9.25 percent and overall, it has risen to 5.03 percent.

Hospitalizations have increased to 12. The number of cases in long-term care facilities remains at five.

There have been 24 deaths related to the virus.
