16 Recoveries, 11 New Cases Reported In Franklin County

Franklin County said 16 residents have recovered from COVID-19 and 11 more cases have been added.
Active cases dropped from 118 to 113 on Wednesday.
The total number of cases since March 23 rose to 317 and recoveries increased to 186. Deaths from COVID-19 complications remain at 18.
The five-day average of new cases stands at 11.
There are 17 patients who are in skilled nursing facilities and 96 more outside.
