MO Highway Patrol Weekly Arrest Report

The Missouri Highway Patrol, Troop C, made five arrests for the week of Apr. 16-21. Robert M. Barrow, 60, Robertsville, was arrested on Tues., Apr. 17 on the charge of driving while intoxicated. Barrow was held at the Union Police Department and later released on a court summons. Joshua L. Shook, 22, Leasburg, was arrested on Thursday on a Stone County warrant for first degree property damage, a Branson West warrant for failure to appear [...]

City Council Holds Special Budget Meeting

The Sullivan City Council held a special 2011-2012 Budget Review Meeting on Wed., Apr. 11. The meeting addressed several line item budget changes to the budget. The council reviews the budget each quarter to make needed adjustments as a working budget. MBSH Begins Construction On $2.6 Million Medical Office Building

Missouri Baptist Sullivan Hospital began construction on a $2.6 million medical office building on the hospital’s main campus. This new building will provide needed space for a total of eight medical providers to care for patients. Kadean Construction Company is managing the construction, which is slated to be complete by Oct. 1, 2012.
