The Sullivan Senior Center has again developed a shortage of volunteers for Meals on Wheels. This is a service provided to area homebound seniors who are frail, ill or find it a taxing effort to prepare meals for themselves on a daily basis. Meramec Productions, LLC is hosting Gone Never Forgotten, a breast cancer benefit concert, on Sat., Apr. 21 at Arapaho Campground in Sullivan. The Breast Cancer Research Foundation will receive 75 percent of the profits raised at this event and the remaining 25 per cent will be donated to the May and Giese families to help cover funeral expenses for their recently departed grandmothers.
