St. Clair Man Accused Of Holding Gun To Teen’s Head

A St. Clair man was arrested Monday night after allegedly pointing a handgun at the head of her 15-year-old child. Roger Wallis, 48, is charged with unlawful use of a weapon and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. Wallis is being held on a $75,000 cash-only bond. Work to Close Lanes in St. James

Work by a contractor for the City of St. James will close one lane of Missouri Routes 8/68 in St. James this week. One lane of Routes 8/68 will be closed at Route B from 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 26 and Thursday, Oct. 27. Traffic will be detoured around the area. Sullivan Police made 13 arrests for the the week of Oct. 17 through Oct. 23. This week’s arrests were: Oct. 17; James B.
