Kindergarten class at Strain-Japan looked forward to accomplishing 100 days of school for weeks in advance of the day. The students practiced counting and writing the numbers to 100. They put 100 piece puzzles together – numbered and upside down, and they put together 100 items to share on the big day. On the 100th day, the students were surprised to find that their teacher hid 100 numbered chocolate kisses throughout the room for them to find and place on a 100s chart. After the fun of finding the kisses, the students enjoyed taking the kisses around the school to share with the other students and staff.
