Sullivan Police Weekly Arrest Report

The Sullivan Police Department made seven arrests in the abbreviated holiday week arrest report for May 18-21.
This week’s arrests were:
May 18; Tyler S. Weeks, 21, Sullivan, was arrested for allege shoplifting at Sullivan Walmart, 350 Park Ridge Rd. Weeks was held and released on a court summons.
May 19; Margaret R. Novak, 41, Sullivan, was arrested on Franklin County Felony Grand Jury indictments that allege three counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, bond $25,000; along with an additional charge of failure to appear in court, FTA, on the charge of larceny/stealing less than $500. Novak was held in the Sullivan Jail.
May 19; Jessica R. Lahmann, 30, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for FTA, on the original charge of failure to maintain insurance. Lahmann was held in the Sullivan Jail.
May 20; Levi E. Taylor, 18, Sullivan, was arrested on a Sullivan Police warrant for FTA, on the original charge of minor in possession. Taylor was held at the Sullivan Jail.
May 20; Zachary A. Hicks, 19, Sullivan, was arrested for allege domestic violence. Hicks was held and released on a court summons.
May 21; Amanda D. Wilson, 27, Houston, was arrested for allege possession of drug paraphernalia. Wilson was held and released on a court summons.
May 21; Brock E. Maggart, 39, Sullivan, was arrested for allege possession of a controlled substance and driving while suspended. Maggart was held at the Sullivan Jail.
