Four Franklin County Residents Sentenced on Federal Methamphetamine Conspiracy Charges

These four people were sentenced for their participation in a conspiracy to manufacture and distribute methamphetamine in Franklin County as early as April 2007 continuing through March 2012.

Sonny L. Herbst, 46, Villa Ridge, MO, was sentenced today to 54 months in prison on one felony count each of conspiracy to manufacture in excess of 50 grams of methamphetamine and possession of pseudoephedrine for the manufacture of methamphetamine.

The following co-defendants were previously sentenced:
Holly R. Nash, 28, Franklin & St. Louis Counties, was sentenced to 40 months prison; Dana S. Nash, 33, Sullivan, MO, sentenced to 37 months prison and Julie A. White, 42, Villa Ridge, MO, sentenced to 36 months prison, for possession of pseudoephedrine for the manufacture of methamphetamine.  All defendants appeared before United States District Judge Catherine D. Perry.

This case was investigated by the Franklin County Narcotics Unit.  Assistant United States Attorney Tiffany Becker handled the case for the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
