Four County Residents Sentenced In Federal Meth Case One of which is from Sullivan

A Sullivan woman was one of four people sentenced on federal methamphetamine conspiracy charges this week in Federal Court.
The last suspect Sonny L. Herbst, 46, Villa Ridge was sentenced Friday to 54 months in prison on one felony count each of conspiracy to manufacture in excess of 50 grams of methamphetamine and possession of pseudoephedrine for the manufacture of meth.
The case again Herbst and three other co-defendants began with an investigation that went from April 2007 through March 2012.
The co-defendants sentenced in the case were: Holly R. Nash, 28, Franklin and St. Louis Counties, 40 months; Dana S. Nash, 33, Sullivan, 37 months; and Julie A, White, 42, Villa Ridge, 36 months in prison. All three pled guilty to possession of pseudoephedrine for the manufacturing of methamphetamine.
The case was investigated by the Franklin County Narcotics Enforcement Unit.
