Missouri Highway Patrol Weekly Arrest Report

The Missouri Highway Patrol, Troop C, made 11 arrests in Franklin County for the week of Oct. 8-13.
Ryan M. Finder, 20, Union, was arrested on Tues., Oct. 9  on the patrol charge of felony possession of a controlled substance. Finder was held at the St. Clair Police Department and released later on a court summons.
Mark W. Morgan, 36, Villa Ridge, was arrested on Wed., Oct. 10 on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charges of conservation pursuing, killed, taking or disposing of wildlife illegally. Morgan was held at the Franklin County jail.
Dawn L. Morgan, 36, Pacific, was arrested on Wednesday on a felony warrant from Jefferson County for failure to appear in court on the charge of family offense. Morgan was held without bond at the Franklin County jail.
James E. McMillen, 55, St. Clair, was arrested on Thursday on a Franklin County warrant for probation violation. McMillen was held without bond at the Franklin County jail.
Nathan S. Herrell, 28, Imperial, was arrested on a Louisiana police warrant for failure to appear in court on the charge of driving while revoked and a Jefferson County warrant for failure to register a motor vehicle. Herrell was held at the Franklin County jail.
Keith D. Hagler, 60, Pacific, was arrested on Thursday on the patrol charge of driving while intoxicated. Hagler was held at the Franklin County jail and released later on a court summons.
Zachary T. Duncan, 20, Catawissa, was arrested on Friday on the patrol charges of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident. Duncan was held at the Franklin County jail.
Tracy A. Day, 41, Branford, FL, was arrested on Friday on the patrol charge of driving while intoxicated. Day was held on a 24-hour hold.
Tina M. Ingrim, 46, Lake St. Louis, was arrested on Friday on a Wentzville police warrant for failure to appear in court on the charges of speeding and no proof of insurance. Ingrim was held at the Franklin County jail.
Roxanne M. Wood, 48, Robertsville, was arrested on Friday on the patrol charge of felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. Wood was held at the Franklin County jail and released later.
Brandon D. Sturges, 24, St. Charles, was arrested on Friday on a Cole County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of driving while suspended. Sturges was held at the Franklin County jail.
