MO Highway Patrol Weekly Arrest Report

The Missouri Highway Patrol, Troop C, made 10 arrests for the week of July 16-21.
Jennifer P. Emenn, 21, Pacific, was arrested on Mon., July 16 on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of a traffic violation. Emenn was held at the Franklin County jail.
Charles R. King, 25, St. Clair, was arrested on Monday on the patrol charge of driving while intoxicated-drugs, and felony possession of a controlled substance. King was held at the Franklin County jail.
Ryan M. Mason, 20, Robertsvillle, was arrested on Wed., July 18 on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. Mason was held at the Franklin County jail.
Melissa M. Pullen, 25, Sullivan, was arrested on Wednesday on the patrol charge of possession of stolen license plates and a Franklin County warrant for assault in the third degree-failure to appear in court. Pullen was held at the Franklin County jail.
Bert C. Sigler, 31, Robertsville, was arrested on Wednesday on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on the original charge of assault in the third degree. Sigler was held at the Franklin County jail.
Christopher B. Barrier, 29, Sullivan, was arrested on Thursday on a Franklin County warrant for felony probation violation and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, Crawford County warrant for possession of marijuana, and a Washington police warrant for failure to pay fines on possession of marijuana. Barrier was held at the Franklin County Jail.
Jordan R. Miller, 25, Union, was arrested on Friday on a Franklin County warrant for failure to appear in court on a seat belt violation. Miller was held at the Pacific Police Department.
Brett M. Poertner, 38, Gerald, was arrested on Friday on the patrol charge of driving while intoxicated. Poertner was held and released later on a court summons.
Nicholas J. Walka, 25, Gray Summit, was arrested on Saturday on the patrol charge of driving while intoxicated. Walka was held at the Pacific Police Department and released later on a court summons.
Molly E. Patton, 23, Eureka, was arrested on Saturday on the patrol charge of driving while intoxicated. Patton was held at the Pacific Police Department and released later on a court summons.
