0069sodapopcorncolSpring Bluff School Students celebrated the end of first semester with a popcorn and soda party. These students volunteer their time to assist elementary teachers and students each day during RtI.  RtI (Response to Intervention) is a method of academic intervention used to provide early, systematic assistance to children who are having difficulty learning. RTI seeks to prevent academic failure through early intervention and frequent progress monitoring.
